Here’s a simple face mask for oily and acne prone skin
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 TSP Lemon juice
- 1 TSP Honey
Mix all ingredients together, apply on your face and leave it on for 15-20minutes. Wash off and pat face dry with a paper towel.
Omelets are a great breakfast option. They are super easy to make and super filling.
Here’s a simple recipe you can try;
- 2 Eggs
- Dash of pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp. butter
- ½ cup filling of choice
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk
In a small non-stick frying pan, heat the butter up and pour in the eggs mixed with salt and pepper.
After about 45 seconds pour in the filling of your choice (e.g. onions, tomatoes, spinach and bacon)
